Manage how your gamification points convert
The new “Rewards and points conversion” module lands in Settings → Gamification. You can now:
Set a conversion rate to turn the XP points your employees earn into rewards
Configure redemption settings (limits, blackout periods)
Set a points expiration policy that fits your needs
Stay in control with manual approval and notifications
A powerful way to turn your crews' engagement into real recognition.

Segment management in the admin portal
BRIX introduces segments: named, saved audience compositions that update automatically based on your criteria. From the new Segments page (under Users and groups), you can:
Create a segment that combines several audiences
Reuse it right when you create a post, a training or an InfoHub article
Duplicate, edit or deactivate it in one click
No more rebuilding audiences for every post: set it up once, reuse it everywhere.

Even more complete completion reports
Two improvements make your compliance reports richer:
Embedded PDF content: when a training includes a PDF lesson, you can now include it directly in the generated completion report. If the PDF is a fillable form, the version completed by the employee is merged automatically.
Signature title displayed: the title set for the employee's signature now shows clearly in the generated PDF report, next to the matching signature section.
Clearer, more complete reports, with no extra steps on your end.

The Wallet module becomes “Cards and certificates”
To better reflect what's inside, the “Wallet” menu is renamed Cards and certificates, and its “Card management” submenu becomes Settings. The menu also moves under Training, for navigation that's more logical and consistent with the rest of the platform.
