Cards: fix the type at approval
No more rejecting a card just because it has the wrong type. At approval, you can now pick the right card type and approve in a single step. Supervisors get more autonomy too: in My team, they can add, approve and reject cards for the people on their team.
The result: faster, more accurate card tracking and less back-and-forth for your crews.

Optional card photo
Each card type can now specify whether a photo is required. When it isn't, cards are added without a photo area and the fields are filled in by hand. The rule applies everywhere: mobile app, web app and Admin portal. Cards go through the same approval as before.
The result: adding a card that fits each type of document better.

Multilingual training collections
Your training collections can now have one variant per organization language, each with its own name, description and image. Everyone sees the collection in their content language, in the mobile app, the web app, My team, the Admin portal and the AI assistant.
The result: a clearer, more inclusive training offering for all your crews.

Folks integration: pay stubs in BRIX
BRIX now integrates with Folks HR for pay stubs. A simple way to bring information together where your employees already are.

BRIX's Emploi-Québec accreditation number
BRIX's Emploi-Québec accreditation number now appears on the training certificate, on the back of the skills card and in the footer of the completion report, in every language. It's included on all documents issued from now on.
Fixes and improvements

ImprovedCards
Issue date of cards earned through a training. It now automatically matches the completion date.
AddedAudiences
Audience tab. A link opens the list of users in each group, with search by name.
ImprovedUsers
Employee content language. Can be changed by admins and supervisors until the employee's account is activated.
ImprovedInfo Hub
PDF zoom in Info Hub articles. Higher limit to make plans and details easier to read.
FixedNotifications
Fixed a bug that could send push notifications to the wrong account on a shared device
