BRIX 3.2.3: Supervisors and Map History

Find your supervisors' teams in one click
A new Supervisors filter is now available in user lists, both in Administration and in My team. Select one or more supervisors to show only their direct reports.
With it, you can:
 Quickly target the employees of one or more supervisors
 Include sub-teams with the “Include sub-teams” checkbox
 Combine the filter with search, status, role and audience
In My team, the filter shows your own employees first, then the supervisors in your hierarchy. A simple way to keep your team on track.

Keep a record of every card and certificate
No more overwritten cards. BRIX now keeps the history of previous versions of every card and certificate your employees hold, to cover your audit and compliance needs.
In practice:
 When adding a card, you choose whether to replace the active card or keep the new card in the history
 You can review the active card before deciding
 The “View history” action is available to admins and to supervisors in My team, with downloadable attachments
 Employees see a “Pending approval…” indicator in their wallet when they submit a card
Confidential cards stay protected: supervisors only see basic information. The history starts from the day this version is deployed.
