BRIX 3.2.1: What's New in Training and Compliance

Richer, better-managed quizzes
Quizzes in the training module take a step forward.
Audio questions: add an audio file (mp3, m4a or wav) to a question in a Quiz lesson
Attempt limit: set a maximum number of attempts per quiz. Learners see their remaining attempts before and during the quiz
Overrides: a learner who hits the limit is blocked with the “Limit reached” status. An admin can grant an override, with a reason, in the admin portal
Centralized tracking: a new “Overrides” tab in the training dashboard groups every blocked learner. Completion history is shown by certification period
Daily email: your compliance contact gets the list of blocked learners every day

Kiosk mode for your shared devices
Do your crews share a tablet or phone on site? Kiosk mode protects the session and personal information.
 Automatic sign-out after inactivity, adjustable in your organization settings
 User profile information hidden

Re-accredit when a training is retaken
A new option in the Compliance tab renews the accreditation of an employee who retakes a training they already completed. A new accreditation is issued with an updated completion date, on the mobile app and the web portal.
Time saved on refresher training, and compliance that stays up to date.

Reset completion for a single employee
In the training dashboard, reset completion for one user without touching anyone else. A confirmation appears before the action, just like when resetting all users.
