BRIX 3.2.0: New Supervisor Module and Team Management

The supervisor module has arrived
Your team managers now have their own space in BRIX: My team. No more giving a foreman admin access so he can follow his crew, and no more emailing the office to find out if a training is complete.
In My team, a supervisor can:
 Track the team's training progress and nudge employees who are behind, one by one or in bulk
 Keep an eye on skill cards: expiring soon, pending approval or expired
 Add or approve a card for an employee
 Assign a training or add an employee to one
 Follow the team's engagement with the leaderboard and nudge inactive members
 Export the data they need
The result: your supervisors can vouch for their team's compliance at any time, to a client, a subcontractor or a health and safety inspector.

One portal, several spaces
Every web experience now lives at a single address: app.brixapp.com. A space switcher at the top of the screen lets you move from Administration to My team without signing in again.
Everyone sees only the spaces they have access to, and a member who supervises at least one person gets into My team without being sent to the app download page.

Assign your managers in a few clicks
Admins decide who supervises whom, with as many managers per employee as needed:
From the employee profile, in the new Managers field
 For every member of an audience at once
 By CSV import, with Manager 1, Manager 2, etc. columns
Each supervisor sees their whole hierarchy, meaning their direct reports and the people supervised by those reports, and never anyone outside it.

Your sensitive data stays protected
Supervisors can view their employees' profiles but not edit them, and only authorized fields are visible. Date of birth, SIN, home address and other private information never are.
You can also mark a card or document as confidential (passport, void cheque, offer letter): the supervisor sees that it exists and when it expires, but not the file or the number.
