BRIX 3.0.4 puts the focus on content planning, tool customization and a richer messaging experience. This update gives you more control, more flexibility and communication that fits your needs even better.

Plan your posts with the calendar view
The News module gets a brand-new calendar view. Switch easily between list and calendar with a simple toggle, and see all your past and upcoming posts at a glance by day, week or month.
This new feature lets you:
 
plan your content more intuitively,
 
visually tell published posts apart from scheduled ones,
 
jump straight into editing a post by clicking it in the calendar.
Your view preference (list or calendar) is automatically remembered from one session to the next.

Customize your external integrations
External link integrations are now fully customizable. Admins can now set a custom icon and menu name for each integration, right from the admin portal.
The result: your internal tools fit into BRIX even more naturally, with a consistent look and easier access for your users.

Manage your group chats in web chat
Group chat management is now available in BRIX web chat. From any group conversation, open the details panel to:
 
name and customize your group (name, avatar),
 
add or view members,
 
turn automatic translation on or off,
 
access shared photos, videos and files,
 
leave or manage the group.
A consistent experience across the mobile app and the web, for friction-free collaboration.
Fixes and improvements

AddedUsers
Chile (+56) and Morocco (+212) country codes. Both countries are now available in the country code lists when inviting and managing users.
AddedLanguages
Filipino and Russian. You can now create post and LMS content variants in Filipino and Russian.
AddedScheduleIT
Schedule change notifications. Users now get a push notification when their ScheduleIT schedule changes between two syncs.
AddedCards
Email when a card expires. Admins automatically get an email when an employee card expires.
ImprovedInvitations
Bulk send summary. A summary now appears after a bulk send, showing how many invitations went through and any that failed.
FixedPrivate groups
Mobile navigation. Fixed several issues when posting to a private group (redirection, scrolling, group name display).
